I ordered from out of town. Katherine kept me posted all along the way and contacted my recipients to make sure they would be home when the flowers would arrive. She e-mailed me twice to keep me apprised of the delivery details and I got notice when the flowers arrived. I got a picture of the bouquet that I ordered and confirmation of the note on the card. All went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend Elegant Petals!
